The calendar is an important tool in managing your upcoming trips. Upcoming trips with show as green bars on the days they are scheduled; the green bars will have the name of the individual that has booked that trip. You can click on the green bar and some more information will be displayed about that trip such as: guests, check in date, and the total payout.
The filter reservations button allows you to filter or sort all of your trips. When clicking this button, all of your trips will appear in a drop down menu. If you decide to select one of your trips from the drop down menu, your calendar will only show the trip you have selected. This is useful if you want to view one trip with a little more clarity without all other trips in the picture.
You can change the months you are viewing by doing two things: either click the month drop down menu and select the month you would like to view, or you can hit the arrow keys Left or Right will respectively move you one month forward or backward. You can also change the year by selecting the drop down year button.
The day view button allows you view one day by the hour. If you have several trips in a single day the day button is useful to know when and where things are happening. When you get done with the day view, simply hit the month view to expand back out for monthly visibility.
The sync feature is something to help bring all of your schedules and calendars into one place.
- Import- this imports other calendars into your Outdoor Trip calendar. If you currently have another calendar you would like to have visibility to, simply copy the URL of that calendar, hit the import button, paste the calendar, name the calendar...and be sure to save it. Once you complete this all events in your “other” calendar will be on your Outdoor Trip Calendar. You might want to double check and make sure you haven't “blocked” some days you didn’t mean to.
- Export- this exports your Outdoor Trip calendar to another calendar. Hit the export button. A new window will pop up with a URL; this URL is your calendar. Copy the link and then paste or import to the calendar of your choosing.
