Yes, it is possible to get a Refund for a trip you have booked. This is done by the Vendor hosting your trip and if approved depending on the trip's policy it will be reversed and credited back to your bank account.
- To do this you must first go to your Transaction History.
- Next go to the Trip Order you wish to reverse and click it.
- Now at the very bottom right of the Order Items click the " Refund Request " button.
- Finally, you will see a new pop-up to view how much is available to request then enter in a valid note with a reason for your refund request.
